The hand-carved pink medallion is made of Rhodonite ("Stone of Love"), garnets and silverite (coated) moonstones. Each design features additional horse-charms: 14k gold-fill cowboy boot, 14k gold-fill horseshoe and feather or a complementary gemstone.
